The past few days were rather uneventful on the repair front. The engine parts required will not be shipped any time soon. No phoslyte feels comfortable to fly down to american soil with the parts and the Grey do not deem the task important enough to play courrier. I of course cannot fly back and forth myself as doing so would prevent me from performing my surveillance duties. I will try consulting nearby Nordics to help on the matter but my hopes are low considering that species’s general lack of professionalism.

On a more positive note, the phoslyte has been adjusting well to the climate with the help of sunscreen as well and the shade orb I provided him. However he seems disappointed that he will have to stay in the Texan heat for a much longer time than originally anticipated. Thankfully, he does appear to be interested in me teaching him proper survival skills and the papers I gave him regarding american cryptids seem to be a decent distraction.
