I’ve done deeper scans of the ship’s upper section and everything looked fine, however upon finding the engineer’s documentation regarding the installation of the faerarium I'm now confident this was the cause of the crash.
The entire external shell and insulation of the standard ship had to be removed to instal some of the piping for the tanks. It’s when it was time to re-install insulation that things took a turn. All of the panels installed at the top was done properly but it looks like things got rushed and less care was put into the job the more they went down. By the time it reached the engine section it was full of misalignments.
As much as I’d like this engineer to face some consequences, I know nothing can be done until Lemres the phoslyte leave american territory. Any call he makes are automatically denied solely because of his geographical position all under the excuse of “safety reasons”. This engineer is posing a much bigger threat to Phoslytes still on Phobos than Lemres is. This is nonsense.
